Meet the Team
Paul Walton and Iain Maclean are the founders of PI Advisory and The Art of Speaking, and the creators of The Confident Voice course. With decades of experience in leadership, coaching, and communication, they shape every module, from body language and voice control to interviews, networking, and mock practice. Their practical insight helps young adults communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally, mastering public speaking and excelling in early career opportunities.
