The Confident Voice for young adults

Education teaches young people what to know. It rarely teaches them how to communicate it. Most people aged 18 to 22 enter the workplace without ever having been shown how to present themselves, answer a difficult question under pressure, or hold their own in a room where everyone else has more experience. The first time they try it for real, it shows.

The Confident Voice is a one-day programme that gives young adults the structure and practice they never got. Not slides and theory. Real exercises, honest feedback, and enough repetition that it starts to feel natural before the stakes are high.

Paul Walton spent nearly three decades in IT transformation across organisations including PwC, EY and Accenture. He is an accredited transformational coach who has watched talented people lose ground at critical moments, not because of what they knew, but because of how they came across.

Iain Maclean developed the communication methodology underpinning both programmes over 25 years, having trained over 1,000 consultants at a top-tier management consultancy. His background spans the RAF and senior corporate consulting.

They built The Confident Voice because the gap they kept seeing in young professionals could have been closed years earlier. Nobody had just taught them.
