We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with trusted third-party providers who support the operation of our business, including:

Payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal
Email service providers such as Mailchimp or Brevo
Analytics providers such as Google Analytics
LinkedIn, where you register for an event through their platform. LinkedIn processes registration data as a data processor on our behalf. Please also review LinkedIn's Privacy Policy for details of data they hold independently.
Legal authorities, where we are required to disclose data by law

All third-party providers are contractually bound to process your data only as instructed and in compliance with applicable data protection law.

International transfers: Some of our third-party providers, including Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Brevo, process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including reliance on the UK's adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses approved by the ICO.

Contact and enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months from last contact
Booking and payment records are retained for 7 years in line with HMRC requirements
Event registration data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of the event
Marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
